Hi All,

Has anyone else experienced the following problem with their Razer products?.

I`ve just had a second Razer Copperhead mouse go tats up on me.

Everything works normally except for that all important feature of it actually moving. The buttons etc are all fine but it just no longer wants to move the mouse pointer.

I`ve cleaned the optical eye, re-installed firmware, moved it around USB ports and still it`s knackered.

Thats the second time it`s happened to me with Razer mice and both have been on machines that are fairly limited in use.

Great mice but this is ******* me off with them.

Anyone had any similiar experience?

my first copperhead did the same thing, had lights etc, just no movement, was just out of warranty so i had to buy another one :(

new one giving me some problems, double clicks sometimes when you single click

shame rly, its a great mouse apart from that, prolly get razers new lachesis when it comes out in november

Well, that makes it 3 confirmed cases heh.

Totally puts me off any of their new products.

Edit the sweary to save yourself any holidays!

Curious, why would you buy the same mouse again after one has failed? doesnt make sense to me.

The problem is, they are great mice to use, thats why i`m on my third but it will be most definately my last if anything goes wrong with this one.

Damned annoying.

Had the same problem, ended up taking it apart and putting it back together and now it works fine

Was disappointed to see razer only have a 1 year warranty, pretty shabby compared to the 5 year 1 on my last logitech mouse.
