I have just got my replacement monitor and have set it up as dual screens, both monitors are Benq G2420HDBL's. The problem is, when I set it up as an extended display, it shows the left hand side of the monitors image on the right and the right hand side of the monitors image on the left? However, when I try the monitor on its own, it is fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and also tried disabling and re-enabling crossfire but it makes no difference.

Basically, it does this. When i move the mouse across the screen, it is fine up until the second monitor at which point it shoots to the right hand side of the screen and if I keep going, it appears on the left hand side.

Very strange and I do not know what to do :(

I don't quite get it but anyway....

Isn't there an option in the CCC to choose which is the primary monitor and an option to then set where the secondary monitor is situated (to the left or to the right)?

yup.

right click on desktop and go into CCC, it should then show you both screens as 1 & 2, either swap them round in there, or maybe easier switch the monitors over.

I know I explained it weird. The orientation of the monitors i fine, like the left monitor has all the icons and the start button, like normal. Its just the second screen showed the left part on the right and the right part on the left. I actually think that the graphics card is the problem. I just switched the cards around and now it is fine. I think the HDMI port on the second card is now nackered.

This is a terrible picture (Sister has the camera currently...), but it shows the problem.

This is after switching to the second card. Would a Windows reinstall help?

what size monitors are you using, what resolution are you running on each monitor.

have you tried any other options available to use dual displays other than extended ?
