Would you explain your comment a bit more clearly? Are the TEC's going to be stacked so as to cumulate their cooling (ie and produce 4x the delta temp) or are they going to be placed side by side to give 4x the surface area in contact with the cooling surface.

It's not clear to me from your diagrams where the TEC's are going to go in relation to the water block and card.

If it was me, i would be putting all the effort into a waterblock for the current gen gpu's. Would love to see some custom blocks for GTX 680's and 7970's instead.
 
i guess its the same reason why some ppl get classic cars or collect antiques something they enjoy and talking about it on here not going to hurt any one.

id love to have a 2nd system with good old voodoo in it so i can play all my older games that i loved and sadly now will not work.
