My current set up is:

MSI Neo-F P43 board. (Only one PCI-E slot)
8800GTX

3x 22" monitors.

At the moment with just the one card i can only run two monitors :( I need to be using at least 3, if not 4.

I was wondering what you guys thought, i can either get a PCI card, or a new mobo then another PCI-E card.

Need to be capable of having 2x 22"s hooked up to it.

Price, cheap as possible but if upgrading a few things is better ..

Not aware of any PCI cards, so need new mobo such as this with 2 PCI-E x 16 slots then add a cheap secondary card like 8400 though if youre running any sort of games through 3 monitors the resulting res will prob be too high for an 8800 so your other option is to get new main gfx card which can handle all 3 screens

Will an ATI 5xxx card capable of eyefinity not do the job?

I think you'll have to buy a dongle unless one of your monitors has native support for DP though.

You can still get hold of pci graphics cards. This is exactly what I did for a desktop only 3 screen system, using onboard for two monitors and a pci card for the last. The onboard would have disabled itself if I'd used a pci-e card.

I got it for about £30 iirc.

I want to be able to use 4 monitors, £140 is out of my price range though i'm afraid. I was hoping i could pick up a new motherboard for around £30? Then say a 8400 for around £30. £50 jobby?
