SecretLab Magnus Pro

I've had the Pro XL for about 18 months and absolutely love it. Such a solid desk, looks great, and the cable management is amazing. I mainly went for the XL as I was worried about a lack of depth on the standard with the cable tray taking up a fair bit, and fortunately had the space for the extra width. I can pop a couple of pictures up if it would help anyone.

New desk time. Had my old Ikea desk for circa 20-25 years and it did me well and would have done more years no issue but, after moving house, it was a bit big for the room it went into (1600mm x 800mmx 1200mm as it was an L-shape desk).

So changed to a Secret Lab Magnus Pro (1500mm x 700mm and no L-shape so opened the room up more) :D

Took no longer than 30 mins to build up and that included the "leg swap" procedure as my socket is on the right hand side.

I got to tip my hat to Secret Labs packing and "presentation" of all their equipment. Its just top notch stuff, it really is.

How stable is it when at a standing height? I've toyed with this desk for a long time but it's pricey.. I'll buy it if the general consensus is positive.

Personally I find it stable enough, though of course it is less stable when raised than a standard desk. Its something that concerned me before buying it as well, as I'd seen a few videos knocking around online suggesting it was quite bad, though it definitely isn't anything like they made out. At one point I went into my works office and tested how wobbly our sit/stand desks there were when raised, and found quite a lot of movement when I gave one a shake, even though I'd never noticed any issue when using them in practice, so I figured some movement was normal and wouldn't be anything I'd really notice, and that's been my experience. Obviously do get more opinions, as like you say its a lot of money.
