Securing bags what do you use?

For the bag I am trying to secure I don't think bungee cord will work as the bag doesn't have any metal loops to wrap around it.

Never used cargo netting but thinking that's my only option.
The bag bit on heavy side though.

Have you really used Gaffer tape before?
In a emergency I guess so lol

I think I will get some heavy duty bungee cord see how it goes.
Seen some flat bungee cord that could be better but it don't look as strong.

I was looking at tank bags before but my idea a shoulder bag would be fine but it's too heavy to use on the motorbike just using the strap.
