Hi all,

Now I freely admit I'm a newb when it comes to cameras, but I love my TZ5 and it's taken some great photos for me (imho). In two weeks time I'm off to Thailand for a few weeks and I'll be snapping away like a loon for the entire time.

However, I'm a little paranoid about security and waterproofing. At the moment I have an official Lumix hard carry case which hooks onto my belt, but when in Thailand, I'll probably be dressing a little lighter and it would probably pull my pants down :D so I'm looking for a case which has a shoulder strap and will also afford decent waterproofing - as there's at least one canoeing trip I have planned (the James Bond trip from Phuket :D).

So, I'm looking for a little advice on what case to get and maybe a little advice on security from anyone who has visited Thailand before.

This isn't GD, right, so I don't have to expect any VD-related comments? :D

for the tz5, if you want waterproofing and a shoulder strap, without a doubt get the LowePro Apex (it needs to be the 30 for it to fit the tz5). It's very well made and has a pull out watercover too, pretty damn good :)
