Security Essentials audit failure?

Noticed this on a few machines now, security essentials appears to run fine but event viewer (security) shows the following error:

Code integrity determined that the image hash of a file is not valid. The file could be corrupt due to unauthorized modification or the invalid hash could indicate a potential disk device error.

Anybody else seen the same or know why it's doing it?

It seems to be fine on my XP machine. Which version of windows are you using? And which file is it complaining about?

well unless it tells you what file it is, it's pretty much useless.
