security issue when connecting to secure site please help

hi guys well this one has me baffled popped round me mums today cuz she was having comp probs

they are running windows 7 with ie 9

now mum has logged in on her tesco direct account then gone to veiw an order but a pop up keeps appearing saying windows secure and it shows the admin log in screen and asks for a password which does nothing when typed in

just cant get rid of it if anyone can help so this goes back to how it was and doesnt pop up im stumped

think its a windows thing it comes up saying windows secure security and it looks just like the logon screen when you turn on your comp it says admin then under that there is another blank box saying change user

Never heard of it. Are you sure it's not malware or a popup? Take a screenshot (Print Scr key > Open Paint > Paste > Paint over any personal info > Then save as a JPG and upload to imageshack or similar photo sharing site.)

The amount of people who see an official looking popup and then install whatever it is, is shocking.

Could be a fake popup from a maliciious program...need a screenshot to confirm tho.
