Security Software Options

What's everyones preferences on either a security suite inclusive of virus+firewall or seperate virus&firewall

eg Kaspersky 7 suite or Kaspersky virus 7 + Commodo

I know your not supposed to have more than 1 virus program installed but is it ok to have several spyware programs eg AVG spyware, A2 Squared, Adaware etc

I can only speak of myself, but I use Vista's built in spyware stuff and Nod 32
