seedbox advice

hi guys ive been using a seedbox for the last couple of years however since saturday whenever i try to access it i get a 403 forbidden message come up instead of the seedbox and when i try to connect via winscp it just times out i have tried to access it through different computers at different locations with the same result any ideas i thought it could be the server may be down for maintenence ?

HTTP 403 suggests that the credentials you supplied do not work - have you checked them?

If you can't access it then you will need to contact whoever owns it.

Which seedbox provider are you using?

rapidserverz as for credentials tbh wouldnt know what to look for all i can say it worked pperfectly before the weekend and have not been able to access it since did send hem an email still waiting for reply
