I have windows 7 installed on a 1TB HDD. For some reason the hard drive is nearly full (I've not got that much on it).

Is there a program / way of listing all files on the drive in order of filesize so I can find what the culprit is? Also is it possible to do the same but for directories incase something is dumping lots of smaller size files in a particular directory?

Thanks

Windows has something built in to do this , its called search

Open my computer , top right box , click in it , click size , then select gigantic
Let windows muck about a bit and when the list is created
Click the size column header to filter the largest files to the top

Alternatively get everything (search tool) , it can do it instantly

Yeah , search used to be very usefull under XP etc , but under win 7/vista its gash

The everything search tool gives you back some of the functionality win7/vista ruined
