Seeing old version of website?

Can't really explain it:

I'm seeing this \/ Which was before the nameservers was updated.

This domain www.allpurposewar.com should show: http://94.76.223.224/~allpurpo/

How do I fix my PC so I can see it correctly instead of what it was before?

To put it more simply;

If I go to cmd then "ping www.allpurposewar.com" - it shows the IP as

http://i.imgur.com/p0pVe.png[img][/spoiler]
Which isn't correct, as when others ping it, it shows the correct IP.

Surely that would just be on the browser only?

Why is cmd showing the IP as the old one before the nameservers were updated instead of the new one? :S

How long should DNS take to propagate? Asked someone who is also on BT to try it, and they see the latest one.

Tried:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

None of those have helped

Used Googles DNS and it works fine.
Changed back and it's the old one again..

So all I need to do is wait?

Is there nothing I can do to force re-check, or is completely ISP-side?
