Seeing SetiClassic off in style!

Right, cache set to 50 and we're away - thanks guys :) I may be back tomorrow though, when I see if I can throw some of the works CPUs to the job ;)

Is there an easier way to monitor both clients progress? The Seti driver monitor dialog isnt very clear.

SETI Driver can only handle the monitoring of one WU; so too can SetiSpy, and I'm not aware of any other decent monitoring programs (a utility called SETIHide could - I used it for a bit in the early days - but that's also a caching program and from what I've read it isn't as reliable as SETI Driver). I have the same issue, but I largely ignore WU progress anyway.

Fair do's. It would be nice to know that my contributions are going through though - can I check it from the web based stats (keeping in mind that I'm using the team caffeine account)?
 
You can, though obviously it won't split each sub-team member's total up - it just adds all WUs together as one total. This is why I never really got the hang of joining a sub-team; I joined Team Guinness for a handful of weeks but decided it was more fun crunching under my own name, as I could monitor my own progress amongst others and have a total that I knew was mine and mine only.

Have just checked Team Caffeine's account and noticed that no WUs have been returned yet. Does SETI Driver show any indication of you having completed any WUs (i.e. are there any to transfer? Do you have 'Auto Transmit' checked?).
 
I have AutoTransmit enabled, but if you don't, it displays how many there are ready to go in a info box called "Ready To Transmit" :)
 
Right... I did this once a few years ago, and have managed to find my seti account. Only appear to have done 1 wu though!! Oh well, every one helps I suppose.

Anyway, so I can set it up again and get it running, which client from that page that's listed in one of the first posts is best to use with XP?

They were due to finish any minute now, but I cant check as I installed it as a service :(

I don't believe so Sah. I'm pretty lazy about it so I just look at my SetiQueue prediction as to when it'll be done. I get a rough estimate about how far each client is from that and Driver gives me the exact progress of the one that's started first.

Good enough for me.
 
Well my little ol X2 doing better than i though, looks like i'm doing at least 24 per day, not much in comparison to the others though.

And i never typed so much in 1 day, at least my TKC presses are going up. :)

i should have a little more output from my borgs but it's some seriously old hardware so will onlky be a few extra WUs a day :(

Every bit counts, good sah. I'm hoping to get my numbers way up so I can snag my 5,000 WU tiffy before it's all over. I don't want to be stuck with the 2,500 WU tiffy forever.
