Hello, my name is Nick and I own a 780T tower case from Corsair and, when it was delivered to me, almost 3 years ago..., one of the rubber feet was damaged during shipping and was broken at the middle. I didn’t care too much as it didn’t affect its functionality.
2 weeks ago I decided to buy a new set of rubber feet for my peace of mind and so I did.
The problem is that I didn’t know it would be rocket science to change them
).
Normally, if I would break and unscrew everything into parts, I could be able to perform the switch but my PC has everything set up inside and I really don’t want to go that far as to break everything into small parts just to take those feet off as, apparently, I don’t see a simpler solution. I unscrewed front and rear masks. Btw, the front one, with all screws out is still stuck and, again, my case is full of components I installed when I bought everything.
I couldn’t find one single video or tutorial on the rubber feet replacement procedure.
Based on everything I wrote, does anyone know or has anyone who owns this case ever pulled this off?
Thank you,
Nick
