Seeking some advice :D

Hey all,

Ive been out of the computer scene for a while, and am coming back in fast.
I am looking for some better cooling solutions/CPU/Monitor.
My options (i think):

1. Cooling wise, i have a haf 932 so was going to replace the side 23cm fan with 4 12cm fans and the top one with 2 then the rear one with one. i was looking at the Scythe Ultra Kaze 3000rpm fans, i know they're loud but all will be explained in my next point

2. Fan Controller, well when the fans arent in used i was going to lower the speed hence i need a controller, i was looking at the Nestaq 8 channel one, anybody used one?

3. Cpu upgrade, my pc is ready for an am3 cpu and i have a budget of about 100 pounds, i was either going to go for the phenom II 550 or the 720, possibly a quad if i find one cheap enough.

if your looking for better temps. upgrade the cpu cooler, (if your still using stock) then go from there, the scythe kaze would be overkill.
