Hi All,
I purchased the Steelseries Rival Optical Mouse today and have been trying to install the Steelseries Engine 3 to change the settings on it. The latest version of this is 3.2.4 which only came out a few days ago just sits saying 'Loading' on the screen. It never passes this point. I tried version 3.1.4 and this just does not detect the mouse.
I have tried multiple USB ports, running the installer and application as admin, uninstalling, reinstalling etc, disabling firewall whilst installing and running/detecting mouse.
Anyone run into this issue before? I can find some information on the net about it but no answers to go on.

EDIT: After many internet searches I have decided that a Steelseries mouse is not for me. A mouse should not be this difficult to setup. I will return the product tomorrow.
