surely this has got to be some sort of joke or prank? 8 hrs driving a bus down an empty road does not sound like a game that sega would consider...?

As it says in the link within the link, it's a series of games, not just that single bus driving game. They're all very strange, and don't make a great deal of sense, let alone enjoyable gameplay though.

8 hours of driving... You can't even line up the bus and hold the button down. Good job they didn't release it officially to be honest
