Select keyboard notification glitch

Had this on a few phones now using swift key.
Every so often I'll get a notification to select my keyboard. So I have to click on it to open the keyboard management which shows my preferred keyboard selected (swift) and then just quit out of the screen and the notification dissappears for a week or so.

Anyone else get this? Seems to happen on LG g6, Huawei P9 and whatever phone I had before that.

Additionally it seems to pop up whenever the keyboard pops up
