Self Build or Off The Shelf?

Yeah, good decision for going down the self build route. You wont regret it. I did my first build last year (spec in sig) and was well chuffed when it worked!

it's more fun when you build your own pc. you'll never buy pre-built again, and you get more for your money it's a win win.

Get win 7 64bit oem, i wouldnt fuss with retail, its pointless. Rest looks fine, But look at an overclocked bundle of ram/board/cpu?

First rule of self build in my book is make sure you have a working pc that is not part of the build in order to browse forums for answers, download drivers, all that kind of stuff.

I think i must have been cursed but each time I have built a pc I have had to go through a lot of troubleshooting. All the more satisfying when you finally get it going though
