Self build Scaffold tower Or suitable ladders

Need to re silicone around all my windows and fill around the frames as having condensation problems and removing the beading on the inside of one window revealed a large gap and daylight visible around the frame (absolute shoddy install)

i have access to a ladder But am starting to think renting a scaffold tower would be a better move and hopefully mean i can do one entire window without moving the ladder around. Anyone rented one before? Or got any other suggestions?

Working off ladders is frankly a great way to hurt yourself. As a minimum it needs to be properly footed and ideally secured to the wall. Ladders are for access not work. I would rent a scaff tower from a local independent tool hire place. You’ll also do a better job from a good platform.

Yeah i'd 100% rent one, ladders suck. There's a reason you're not allowed to do any work from a ladder in most industries, they're for access only.
