Self development books?

Looking for Christmas present for my dad.

He reads a lot and reads a lot of these types of books but he's library is very old.

Does any one have any good recommendations for such type books?

Good suggestions.

I was going to get:

The 7 habits of highly effective people and Atomic Habits.

The one about the Seagull I think he would like as he is all about hes metaphors.

What about Stoicism? Meditations by Marcus Aurelius is an easy yet insightful read

He's read that one already.
