Sell 4S in anticipation of 5?

I have an iPhone 4S in White (16GB) locked to Vodafone.

Envirophone offer 300 for it. Now having a quick browse on ebay indicates that I could get around another 50 for it however there will the ebay fee's to pay and also the possibility of being messed around by scammers etc.

I'm thinking selling to Envirophone by the end of July and using my old 3GS in anticipation of the 5 and then putting another 200 to 'upgrade'.

Is anyone doing similar? Also does anyone know other places which may offer a more competitive price for the 4S?

However this is on the basis of the 5 coming out by Oct / Nov. I don't want to be stuck with the 3GS until next year!

Nothing wrong at all with the 4S - very happy with it. The reason for wanting to change is I'm under the impression that the 5 is going to be a 'big' change from the 4S. As they can't just refresh the 4 again so I'm thinking it'll be a completely new design with new features.

Although I probably am going to wait it out. I think I'd be annoyed if I sold up early and then had to wait around until December only to discover that the new changes aren't all that great after all.

Could probably get 250 even once the new one is out I reckon.
