I have a set of 4 17" alloys 5 spokes
Have had them for about 18 months and must have taken them off the car about 6 months ago

one is curbed quite badly and one has a deep scratch in it about an inch long

3 of them have quite big dints in the inner rim

all of them have goodyear eagle F1s with about 4-5mm left on them (i think)
They cost me about £800 with tyres

so do i repair them and sell or just sell them as is ?

I am only looking at maximum profit here btw

Thanks James

some places charge as little as £40 a wheel. If your after max profit, you wont get much for kerbed alloys.

what sort of price are we talking before and after ?

what sort of wheels are they and for what car?

for a pug 306

17 inch 5 spoke Kahn RSR replicas made by AZ *i think*
cant find a piccy of them at present but will update if i do find one

I was thinking along the lines of £300 withut repair and perhaps *maybe* 500 with repair so its barely worth the hassle of getting them done

You'd be lucky to get £500 for a set of used alloys especially if they aren't anything special.

There are a lot of tyre places that will do 17's with tyres for £500 and less!
