Selling a Used v1 iPhone

Is there any issues with selling / buying a used iPhone?

I'm tempted to upgrade to a 3G 16gb one and was wondering what implications this might have?

I was in the same boat as you, but I haven't bought the 3G because I don't think its worth it over the v1.

If your selling just to a hard reset to wipe all your stuff from the phone before ylou sell it, that what I will be doing when I sell my V1 iphone shortly.
