Hi,

My wife currently has a Wii and wii fit but only uses it for fitness now she has completed the available mario games.

the main and pretty much only things she uses are EA Sports Active and Wii Fit Plus so ive just purchased her EA Sports Active 2 for the PS3 and she is interested in the Zumba Fitness that is coming out early next year and im sure there will be many more fitness/dance style games to follow i.e. just dance.

shes just concerned about how good move is as she can live without the wiifit board as she goes to weight watchers.

i would also like to know if there is any worthwhile games for myself or would i be better sticking to COD and GT5 for now until LBP2 is out.

EDIT: also please dont reccomend kinect as we dont have the minimum room required without completely moving the house around as we have a long thin living/dining room with only about 4' x 6' of room in front of the TV

its ok at the moment, im beginning to think it was defaintly a quick buck and pull out by sony...

i have sports champion, res evil 5 and start the party.

sports champion is good i really like the table tennis
the mrs likes the party one and her and the mates play that a fair bit
and i wouldnt of completed res evil 5 if it didnt have the move stuff which is pretty good.

i wouldnt say its worth ditching the wii for though, no way. the wii has so many quality games etc and your wife WILL have problems adjusting to the accuracy of the move ove the wii.

wait until the starter pack is around £30 and go for it then.

i forgot to mention that i already have the playstation eye as i got eyepet for my daughter so eyepet move was also a buying point and i just need the wand now.

im looking for a cheap wand to try it out so i might check ebay see if i can get a cheap one going spare as all the local shops are out of just the wands

the reason for selling the wii isnt just to fund move but also for EA Active 2 which was £65 itself and GLEE tickets and hotel for manchester

i also forgot to mention singstar dance as she plays singstar a lot too (over 100 songs so far)

Do you know that EA Sports Active 2 on the PS3 doesn't require the Move hardware?

yeah i purchased it for her yesterday but she also wants move for the likes of singstar dance, zumba and a couple of other dance games that are due out for move.

Up to now Sony have been extremely cautious about pumping in money into developing Move only games, but due to decent sales I think we'll see better support next year. Hopefully we will also see support from 3rd party developers, especially Wii developers.

Also with the likes of Killzone 3 & Socom supporting it there's something for everyone.

i got singstar & dance a few weeks back and the wife/daughters liked it until they realised you could just waggle and win. traded it
