Selling Mac, how to wipe hard drive securely?

Hey,

As the title says, I'm selling my mac book pro and want to be sure I set the system up for sale in the most secure way possible.

What's the best way to prep the system for sale?

Boot into the recovery partition and open Disk Utility. Select the drive to be wiped and choose the 'Erase' tab. Click the 'Security Options' button and choose how nuked your want you hard drive to end up. Hit 'ok' etc etc. Voila!
