Selling my launchday PS3

First off !!!

im having to sell my PS3 as ive had a major leaky pipe problem and pretty much need a new bathroom but due to the time of year im a bit short on cash so a few questions to the knowing!

1, I understand that its possible to close my account, backup my saved data and re-open it again on a new system which i plan to buy again early next year... but... we have arround 40 songs from the singstar singstore, will this be saved to my account information like the PSN downloads are and be able to download again free next time?

2, Are my credit card details attached to my account or to the PS3?

3, Now i have it open do i keep my account details, i.e. if somebody tried to register an account as GTanny would they get a message saying i already have it even though its been temporarily closed down?

4, and also, i have a few pics of my misses on my PS3 that i dont really want anyone buying it to see... or anyone else for that matter, will the harddrive be formatted and ready for a new user once i clear it all? or will i have to delete everything manually.

1. You'll be able to redownload them from the store. There's a button that has a list of all the stuff previously downloaded on your account.
2. Your account, but I'd still delete them.
2. I don't think there's a limit on active accounts. I registered my PSN id a year before I got a PS3 and it was waiting for me when I got round to it.
4. ... Should be OK with a format.
