Selling my Mac what do i need to do?

Im selling my Imac,

now if i get it sold do i have to do anything with Apple regarding the product or moving Applecare over?

You have to contact them to transfer AppleCare, but that's it.

I shouldn't think so. AppleCare is linked to the device serial number, not the person who currently has ownership. If your device is replaced by Apple or a reseller you can call them to transfer what coverage is left to the new device. The only thing I would do, would be to unregister the device from my support profile.
