Selling OEM Vista

Lo all,

I know this has been asked a load of times and I have just done a search but I want to confirm really quickly.

If I haven't registered or activated my OEM version of Vista (which I haven't) can I legally sell it?

Installed it on my Macbook Pro so that I can use my Steam account but it's horrible and I think I'll go back to XP for the purpose.

I purposely didn't activate it for this very reason.

No, you can't legally sell that OEM licence. To be able to sell an OEM licence on, it must still be shrink wrapped.

As long as it hasn't been registered/activated then you can sell it...IIRC!

bugger. Guess I'm stuck with it then, maybe I'll have to learn to love Vista.

I'm with Burnsy2026 on this one but it may be ok to sell it to a friend.
