Selling PC (ebay or other)

Selling PC - Can I leave Vista Beta 2 (MSDN) on - Legally

I'm looking to sell my machine on ebay, or wherever, and my thought is...

Can I put Vista Beta 2 (From an MSDN Subscription) on it before I sell it?

I get the idea I may get a few more quid for it if I did, but is it legal?

You cannot sell the Beta 2 software, so I would very much doubt you can sell it as an advertised part of a system.

Plus, why would someone buy BETA software when they can just download it from Microsoft directly?

I think you might have to scan the microsoft website to get your answer. I dont think it would be a good idea to advertise the software as an added feature. I also dont know if anything would happen to you if you did. The most i think that could happen would be ebay or whoever might take ** listing down from thier site. Thats all i can think off ATM.
