Selling PS3, PSN games question.

Ok I am thinking of selling my PS3 as I have used it maybe 3 times in the last year.

I have 2 accounts on it, an EU one and US one, with PSN games downloaded on both.

If I delete the 2 accounts, will the games still be playable on the console if I sell it and the new owner sets up a new account?

Deactivate the ps3 and then format it, the new user will not have access to the games.

Formatting it is pretty obvious they will be gone, that is what I am trying to avoid.

You wont be able to give your PSN games away unless you leave your (owner) account active on it. That would use up one of your 5 PS3 activations...

I will do my best to change e-mail and password and the person who buys the PS3 won't b able to use them
