Selling Steam game skins

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can sell my CSGO skins and end up with money instead of steam credit?

I'm assuming I'm not allowed to list them on the members market?

As an example I have a knife that's worth about £400 but I'd like to sell it somewhere trustworthy where I can withdraw funds from.
