Selling Windows

I have a Vista Ultimate 64x which i had installed on my old system due to it having 2xcpu's.

Now i have a new computer and a new windows am i able to sell the old version or is there some legality about reselling software?

You can sell it if it's a retail copy and you uninstall it from your old PC. If it's an OEM copy then you can't sell it as it's tied to the Motherboard in that machine.

Ah well, just checked my account and its OEM so looks like i'm out of luck.
