Selling Xbox Live Arcade games?

I am selling my Xbox 360 to a friend and would like to know if I can also sell it all the Xbox Live Arcade games I bought with my account or those are tied to my account only?

You can leave them on your hard drive as the licenses also belong to the console. So providing he never formats the HDD, he'll still be able to play them.

Only if he's selling him his gamertag as well.

The DRM tool will allow you to put them on another console but they are tied to your Gt as well IIRC.

I think you can play them as single player but no on-line multi-player On a different game-tag.

When you buy any DLC item on your Xbox, there are two licenses. One is for the console. This means anybody who uses your console has full access and functionality (online play, achievements) to the game be they online or offline. (Obviously they need to be Xbox Live gold to play online). The second license is on your gamertag. So you can use a friend's console and re-download the item. But in this scenario you need to be signed in to Xbox Live for full access.

There is a tool to transfer the console license to another Xbox but this is only allowed once every 12 months. There is no way to transfer the gamertag license.
