Semi mechanical keyboard wont work

Got myself from Lidl, one of their Silvercrest rgb semi mech keyboards. Needed a new one urgently and opted for that as it was the closest open place that had any, plus it was cheap. Anyway, plugged it in and windows makes that sound when new hardware is plugged in but nothing happens, no pop up saying installing new hardware, no lights, no keys work. Device manager says all is good and working properly. I did take it back but forgot my card so couldn't do a swap in case its faulty.

Any idea what may be wrong? I have tried in every USB port. Other stuff works fine in all ports.

Yeah I know what's wrong - you bought tech from Lidl.
A keyboard should 'just work', so get your money back.
You still have a broken signature btw.

I have had tech from there before and was perfectly fine. Im returning it today anyway. Might try another one to see if it was a one off.

I managed to swap it for a different one and the new one works fine, so all is good and it feels great.
