This weekend, you will make semolina pudding, and chuck some jam in the middle too.

It's been a long time since I've eaten semolina, so I'm going to make it tomorrow!

Semolina is just plain awesome, as are all milk puddings. Tapioca, sago, rice pudding, ground rice, all yummy!
