Sempron 2400+ Cooler

Just got a second machine to use a server however the HDD and CPU fan are really loud. I'm thinking of picking up a second hand newer HDD, this one is a really old WD 40GB, and a new cooler for the CPU.

Needs to be as quiet as possible but on the other hand I don't want to pay too much. It's currently running at 42 degrees so it's not that hot.

Suggestions appreciated.

Why bother with a second hand drive,you buy a new one for £30.
Arctic pro freezer 64 or for slightly more the thermaltake big typhoon,both are quiet and popular choices.

Or is it the socket A sempron ?

Scratch the coolers in my last post then and maybe look at this one.
