Hi,

I'm building a system for someone on a budget and am getting them an AMD Sempron 3400+ 64 bit cpu. This runs at or about 2ghz, I think. But I'd like to explain to the person (non-computer literate) what speed this cpu is comparable to in terms of a pentium 4.
Would I be right in assuming a 3.4ghz P4?
