You could go for something like this, I believe the CPU cooler is good but the basic retail one which comes with the CPU is also pretty good and would save you ~£40.

i thought so i have a zalman cpu fan now works good and is quitish but just got noisy case fans that anoy the hell out of me i wonna get a new case as well so that i can maybe make it silent you know of any cases that would be a good idea maybe a psu ? or u can just speck me a comp if you want for like £700 - £800 pound dont need monitor , speakers , keyboard n mouse coz i got all of them and also i got a dvd drive n cd-rw so just everything else i play a lot of games mainly BF2 , COD, DODSC , CSSC pretty much mainly high graphical games and high spec ones
so if you got anyideas that will be really cool

You can always sacrifice case and get a the better ASUS motherboard with the silent chipset cooling.
 
a fan controler might me the answer to the npise issue
vantec make ones where you can turn the fans OFF as well as low - high speed. ( dont use em for ** CPU though ! lol)
Tagan PSU's are silent too, does exactly what it says on the tin ;)

how to the enermax ones rate for silence ?
