Send button greyed out in Outlook 2003!!!

Hi,

I have Outlook 2003 installed on my laptop and just recently I have been having a problem where the Send/Reply/Reply All buttons appear to be greyed out which is stopping me from sending new emails.

I have tried uninstalling, re-installing etc and it normally works for about 5 minutes before greying out again!!!

Somebody please help as this is starting to do my head in...!!!

I have a full copy of Outlook 2002 which came with my SPV phone but I tried installing that and when I open it I get a message that it can't find my mail folders.!

HELP...!!!!

have you got the e-mail accounts setup? or have they deleted themselves

may sound silly but make sure your smtp server details are there

it sounds like your license has expired and so whilst it lets you open outlook up, it doesn't actually let you use it.

No it's definatley a valid license. Whats more it works fine from home (ntl) but its work where the problem is (bt).!!!

So does anyone know how I can uninstall Outlook 2003 and then install Outlook 2002?

I haven't managed to get this to work yet! It always says it cant find the default mail folders when I open 2002!!!
