in vista can i send my music to my headphoens and a game to the speakers, serperately, though at the same time?
send different sounds to differnt outputs?

assuming you have two soundcards, or a card that has two seperate stereo outputs - yes just tell each program what sound device to use. it'll be in the options somewhere

no i have the onbord audio from the mobo.
i jsut wanted my rear speakers to get musics, while i have gaes int he heasset from the front panel
