Send Email to Three UK Mobile?

Hi

Does anybody know of any way to send an email to a mobile phone on Three for free by sending to an email address. O2, Orange, T Mobile and Vodafone all have SMS gateways that you can email to ([email protected], for example) and emails will go to phones as SMS messages for free, but I cant seem to find is Three have the same setup?

If they dont, does anyone know of any way to send emails to a phone as a text by sending an email to an email style address for free? I want to auto forward warning emails sent to my email acount to my phone aswell.

Doesnt really fit anywhere, so im in the 'stick it in GD, let a mod decide where it goes' frame of mind. Its not about Mobile phones, its not about internet, its kinda crossing multiple boundaries of forum catagories.

If only there was an "Emails, Phone Network Carriers and Text Messaging" forum :p
 
I can send normal emails from my three phone. But when I try to reply to them from gmail it gets bounced with a mail delivery failure. I havn't set up a proper account though maybe that's why.

You should be able to tie up a proper email account with your phone though. Try to set up a POP account or something. Look through the phone's "email" submenu.

Ive got my Gmail account setup on my phone, but I dont have a data package so I only check if it I know im expecting something. Ive just set my Home Server to notify me by email of errors and things, and it would be nice to have this text me too.

I could just turn on my email monitoring full time. How much data does downloading just headers take up?
