Send form results to the persons email address

Hi

I have a form and I would like it so that the form he fills in are sent to HIS email address, I have already doner it so it puts it in a MYSQL database but want it so he gets a copy of the results via email. Can anyone help me?

Assuming it's written in PHP, have a look at mail()
