Sending 360 for repair

I've called MS about getting my console repaired. I was told that they would send out a label via UPS and I was under the impression I would be sent a box too.
Now on Monday a UPS man turned up with a label, when I told him that I didn't have a box he replied 'You stick this label on the box' (He was a bit simple bless him) so I took the label and away he went.

Its now been over a week and still no sign of a box in the post, am I supposed to supply my own box?

They used to send boxes (earning themselves the term "Coffins") back when I used the returns last year.

I have returned mine and was told to affix the postage label (email attachment) to the box, which i did. UPS came and collected and off he went, nearly 4 weeks ago...

I had to find me own box each time I have sent mine away.
I was told to make sure it didn't say Xbox anywhere on it and to not use my original box So it went in a Senseo box first time and a Corona box the second time.
Its a pain in the ass.
