Sending a magic packet over the internet to wake my PC

Right, well I've got my wake on LAN working locally via a magic packet from my android phone on the wifi connection, but what I ultimately want to do is wake over the internet. Can anyone shed any light on how to go about this?
What settings do I need to fiddle with on the router (O2 wireless box II) and what details do I need to put into the app (Wake-on-Lan) on my phone?

Any help is very welcome!

Not 100% if the O2 box is the same as the BE one, pretty sure they are.
