sending a monitor whats the best way?

I just sold a monitor in the MM thread and need to book the courier. usually I use Interparcel and I noticed they have a prohibited items list, PC monitor is one of those items they do not cover to send.

So basically any ideas how I can send it the cheapest safest way? I also tried Parcel2Go but they have basically the same restricted items list.

Monitor weights 0.5 stone.

And dont say something daft like get a donkey to send it or something, thanks

honest ive sent one myself through them before just never noticed the restriced items list

sod it done it on interparcel. it is well wrapped up, in its original box (polystyrene and screen cover), about 3 bin liners on the outside too.

touch wood theres not many speed bumps where its going
