Sending back my 7950GT

I'm sending back my 7950GT (256mb) due to it being a faulty product, and was wondering whether I should stick with this card, or switch to something else? Either faster, higher memory capacity, or DX10 compatible? Not going to spend any more money on it, but obviously it'd be fine for the new card to cost less if it is better value. I was considering the following:

X1950Pro "580MHz Core, 512MB 1400MHz GDDR3 Memory"
X1950Pro "580MHz+ Core, 256MB 1600MHz GDDR3 Memory"
8600GTS "675MHz Core, 256MB 2000MHz GDDR3 Memory"
HD2600XT "800MHz Core, 512MB 1400MHz GDDR3 Memory"
HD2600XT "800MHz Core, 256MB 2200MHz GDDR4 Memory"
or the original 7950GT "565MHz Core, 256MB 1430MHz GDDR3 Memory".

Is my 7950GT the best of the above? Or is a higher amount of core speed/memory speed/DX10 compatability more important?

8600GTS or 2600XT are both flops and doubt they are going to run much DX10 stuff at high levels tbh.

Stick with the card you got for now or go for an X1950Pro.

Thanks for the quick reply. The 512mb X1950Pro is a lot cheaper than the 256MB one, and I assume this is down to the clockspeed of the memory? I know that the X1950Pro is supposed to be slower than the 7950GT, but would the 512MB memory overcome that and the card be an upgrade?

So about £140 budget ?

I'd love to avoid spending any more than the £117.49 that my 7950GT cost. It's not an "I need to upgrade zomg!", just seeing if there is any improvements for that amount of money or below (i.e. the 512mb x1950pro).

Blagh, they're refusing to switch the replacement 7950GT for a different model. Thank God for the law, though. Demanded a full refund and am going to buy the X1950XT anyway.
