Sending bulk emails

I need to send an e-mail broadcast to around 20,000 previous customers - what is the best way of going about this?

Our BT outgoing server limits us to a couple of hundred mails per day

What programs are good to use , and can anyone recommend a company I can use for the outgoing mails?

20,000? Thats big bucks software.

You're going to have to look in to a dedicated email server for that kind of mass email, i think. Unfortunately i have experience in mass email on that level. Best of luck.

if it's a regular thing, I agree your going to need a dedicated box. However for a one-off there are a few email relay services that are legit, and can manage that kinda of volume easily (you might have to use port other than port 25 to connect to their servers however).
