Sending Large Files to Someone

Guys what is the best way to send large files to a friend
The file is a video of 20MB size and my ISP wont allow this size file through email.
How can i do it, is there a free server where I can upload and then my friend can download from that particular server.
Please help

google has a 10 meg limit, i get round it with with splitting up rar files but if you're going to do that you might as well email it in two parts

or you could just rar it to multiple files and email it that way

oops i read large file and my brain stopped working and assumed it read 200mb lol. sometimes 2mb ntl feels like string and cups though

Even 200mb would take less than 2 hours on a 256k connection.

As stated - MSN is quick and easy. Also install Skype - As well as free Internet calls you can send files.
